About
Driven by a desire to not just analyze but actively shape societies, I moved to Berlin to study Design Thinking at HPI Potsdam. There, I discovered the power of human-centered and agile methods to drive systemic change. This led me to co-found an association dedicated to bringing participatory and agile approaches into the public sector. I also co-initiated Redesign Democracy, a project that empowers citizens to develop co-creative solutions for the challenges they face.
I spent seven years working as an ethnographic researcher and strategic designer in Europe and Asia (Singapore), primarily in mobility and finance. Yet, my core interest remained in the public sector — a space where systemic impact is possible at scale. This brought me back to government work through the Work4Germany fellowship at the Ministry of Transport and Digitalization in 2022. Since then, I have been working with federal ministries and Berlin senate departments, helping them rethink policies, services, and internal structures through co-creation, agile transformation, and human-centered innovation.
Beyond strategy and policy, I explore creative resistance and play as tools for societal change. As a clown, performer, and DJ, I run my own theater production company, using performance and humor to provoke reflection, challenge norms, and create spaces for radical imagination.
At the core of my work — whether in government, research, or the arts — is a deep commitment to empowering people to actively shape the societies they live in. I believe in breaking silos, fostering creative agency, and designing new ways of working, governing, and collaborating to build more inclusive and participatory systems.
