Immersive Experience Design
Inspired by rituals and storytelling, I create immersive formats that bring people together to foster dialogue, connection, and collective transformation. These experiences are designed to engage communities, policymakers, and organizations in reimagining futures, deepening empathy, and driving meaningful change.
Process Facilitation & Moderation
I design and lead participatory processes that unlock creativity, build trust, and empower teams to tackle social challenges. Through workshops, strategic visioning, and interactive dialogue formats, I help public sector leaders and changemakers co-create innovative solutions, navigate change, and drive action.
Agile Transformation Coaching & Consulting
I guide government agencies, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations through agile transformation—helping them move from rigid, top-down structures to flexible, collaborative, and responsive ways of working. By integrating agile methodologies, design thinking, and facilitation techniques, I empower teams to become more resilient, efficient, and user-focused in delivering public services and social initiatives.
