Katharina unites genuine empathy, strategic analysis, and creative expression. Her workshops, research, and immersive experiences honor the complexity and nuances of the contexts she finds herself in.

As a facilitator and performer, she uses structure to help people improvise and tune into their intuition. She focuses on creating spaces of exchange to foster social change and innovation.

She studied Social Anthropology at the LMU in Munich and in Spain and conducted field research in Mexico. After finishing her Magister thesis on social innovation practices of an art collective in Oaxaca, Mexico she moved to Berlin and enrolled in the Design Thinking program of the HPI in Potsdam.
She’s been expanding her tools and knowledge ever since: she is certified in Systemic Organizational Development, Scrum, Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga and Physical Theatre.
  
Her work has helped corporations, public institutions and NGOs put their users front and center and come up with genuinely new ideas.

She speaks German, English and Spanish fluently.
