Katharina is a strategic designer, facilitator and creator whose work lies at the intersection of innovation, design and culture. She focuses on creating spaces of exchange to foster social change and innovation.

She studied Social Anthropology at the LMU in Munich and in Spain and conducted field research in Mexico. After finishing her Magister thesis on social innovation practices of an art collective in Oaxaca, Mexico she moved to Berlin and enrolled in the Design Thinking program of the HPI in Potsdam.
Since then she has constantly evolved her set of tools: she is certified in Systemic Organizational Development, Human Systems, Scrum and Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga.
She also works as a DJ, event organizer and performer.  She is currently enrolled in the Embodied Dramaturgy Program at

She has collaborated with corporations, institutions and NGO’s, helping them to change their perspective and bring a human-centred approach into their work.

She speaks German, English and Spanish fluently.
